The Lord cares for his creation

-Psalm 104

The Lord makes everything beautiful and perfect. Just look at nature. There is a perfect cycle in everything that makes them sustainable.

Psalm 104 talks about just that – how God cares for his creation. It talks about the heavens, water, clouds, wind, earth, thunder, valleys, rivers, animals, birds, grass, trees, rocks, oceans, man and many more. They are all there in the places God appointed for them  (v. 8). He feeds the birds, the animals, living things both small and great. “These all look to you, to give them their food in due season” (v. 27).

As such, the Psalmist says,

“O Lord, how manifold are your works!
    In wisdom have you made them all;
    the earth is full of your creatures” (v. 24)

God did not leave his creation to fend for themselves after He created them. He lingered on and provided for them, because He cares for them.

And so, even when we are suffering, let us remember that God never left. He has always been with us, caring for us, even when we are walking in the valley of the shadow of death (Ps. 23).

Whether you are in deep mire, or are in any place, God is always there.

After all, He gave us His only begotten Son so we would be with Him forever.
