Freedom

Gal. 5:1-4

Freedom is of paramount importance for a country, and also for every individual. When a country comes under the rule of a foreign power, a movement for freedom is an inevitable outcome.

Every individual also needs freedom. When we are not free, we can never become what we could be. Where there is no freedom, development is hard to come by. The minds of people become unhealthy and they suffer.

Man has been under the yoke of sin too. We have been under its control for ages. But Jesus Christ came into this world to free us from this bondage of sin, and we are now free. Let us also remember to celebrate our freedom from sin through the sacrifice of our Lord Jesus Christ and give thanks to the LORD always.
