“How have you loved us”

Mal. 1:2

The LORD Gos says, “I have loved you”. But they replied, “How have you loved us?” (Mal. 1:2). To those who do not understand God’s love, and those who do not know God often fail to see His immense love for us. But those who know God always see the amazing love of God in everything, everyday.

The Israelites refused to know him and often disobeyed him. Consequently, they failed to see God’s love upon them. They failed to see God’s love and protection from the Egyptians and all their enemies. They failed to see God’s boundless love when he led them through the wilderness into the promised land. They failed to see all his bountiful blessings upon the land and the people.

Let us count God’s blessings one by one today. You will see in wonderment, God’s ever present protection, blessings and love even during these troubled times.

Weigh your troubles with God’s love for you and his manifold blessings. The scale will always be tipped over in favour of God. Just try it.
