God is still in control

Even though the world may change and be in turmoil (cf Ps. 46:2,3); and whatever may happen, God knows (cf. Job 37:16; Ps. 139; 1 Jn. 3:2). He is in control

Today, He knows what we are going through and what is happening. He is still in control.

Jeremiah 29:11 says, “For I know the plans I have for you, declares the LORD, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope.” He gives us hope even in the midst of hardships. He is still in control.

God knows our prayers, and listens when we call out to Him (Jer. 29:12). He is still in control.

But how can we see that? If we earnestly look for Him, we will see it. Jeremiah 25:13 says, “You will seek me and find me, when you seek me with all your heart.” He is still in control.

This is the time when He may be found. This is the time when He is near (Is. 55:6-7). He is a God at hand, and not a God far away (Jer. 23:23). He is still in control.

He is still in control today.
